Free Semi-Outdoor Space in Bed-Stuy!

Via our friends at the Brooklyn Arts Council:

 

SUPERFRONT BK is accepting proposals from local non-profits, community groups, arts programs, or other civic-minded groups that could use a semi-outdoor space this summer. The 1,000 sq ft space is located behind a storefront on Atlantic Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn and will be free to the chosen organization.

 

SUPERFRONT will orchestrate the design and construction of this temporary space in the beginning of July for the winning organization’s use, and the space will open to the public from July 9 through August 15, 2010.

Office Space at BAX

Some of the facilities that list rehearsal or performance space on our site also have office space available from time to time.  Right now our friends at Brooklyn Arts Exchange have a space available, details below:

Beautiful Private Office Available at BAX in Park Slope, Brooklyn

Private unfurnished office space available, approx 120 square feet, on BAX/Brooklyn Arts Exchange’s upper floor. Available September 1st. Spacious enough for 2-3 desks. Convenient Fifth Avenue location in the heart of Park Slope, two blocks from F and R trains. Rental includes internet connection and light use of copier, fax and reception. Shared kitchenette, bathrooms, waiting room. Open seven days. Open to usage (but no studio arts please). BAX is a busy, multi-use facility with classes for children and adults, rehearsals and an administrative staff present.

$800/month inclusive. One month security. Minimum rental 3 months but prefer long term. Available September 1st
