The New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or organizations interested in leasing and programming an enclosed pavilion space on the western portion of Pier 15 in Lower Manhattan.
The Maritime Pavilion will be a 2,250 square foot structure located on the newly-constructed Pier 15, which is a key component of the Esplanade. NYCEDC aims to identify and select a tenant with an innovative programming concept that will activate this portion of Pier 15. NYCEDC welcomes innovative programming proposals that incorporate a mix of uses; however programming must feature a maritime and/or environmental educational component.
